Excel 2013 Powerview requires Silverlight

But I go it installed..

But did I download and install it with Internet Explorer? No I did not.. I use a real browser.

So what does this mean to me? It means I probably only have the x86 version installed and I need the x64 version. Turns out then when opening the download Silverlight link in <Borwser> I only get the x86 version, but with IE I get the x64 version. The mind boggles.
